Love this tv so far. Awesome picture and easy to use. I am hoping it lasts longer than the TCL Roku TV it replaced. The remote for this tv is small and thin and can be a bit hard to keep up with especially with kids. I like the volume up down toggles. I am not a techy person and the quality may not be high end, I am not sure of the specifications and what some of them mean, I just know its the best picture I have had. I think its a great tv for the price

This baby finally broke me way from another brand that I vowed to never leave. The experience from opening the box, mounting on the wall and firing up my PS5 was the absolute best. I even had my son test out the Xbox features which is pretty darn good. The menu is simple enough, comes with plenty of popular streaming apps, the COLOR.....I could spend days talking about. The price was ridiculously good to not pass up!

Perfect TV for the price! Great picture quality, brighter, Sound is OK, but I am using sound bar so do not feel a problem with that. Initially had network connectivity issues, did couple of resets and it worked perfect after that. Remote could have been better as it lags the voice control option which is a good to have feature now. Also, the button click sound is annoying if we need to type something, firestick remotes are less noisier. I bought it for a better price and I am satisfied with the product. Bestbuy is the best place to buy!

The best decision I have ever made was to order the Samsung- 65” Class CU7000 Crystal UHD 4k Smart Tizen Tv. This Tv is definitely the best in the market. The picture quality is excellent, the sound quality is so amazing, the brightness is excellent. Each time visitors come to my house the first thing they appreciate is my TV. I’m so happy about it. I will soon upgrade to 75”. I recommend this Tv 10/10. You will never regret having one. The price is cheap as compared to the high quality of this Tv. When I went into Best Buy I couldn’t believe my eyes I thought it was too good to be true. Then I asked the very helpful front desk and they assisted me through the whole process even help me get a 65 in tv into a Hyundai Elantra somehow. I take it home I of course had to turn it on and watch avatar and when I tell you it looks much much better than when I saw it in theaters 4D… the depth, the colors it was so much to take in and I couldn’t watch it alone I brought my brother and cooked some popcorn and relaxed and for 3 hours we were still not bored! To make a Long story short loving every second this tv and if I could buy two I would and the price is amazing I couldn’t ask for anymore my name is Nick and this is a tv!

Picture quality is very, very good. Sound is also very good, even without a soundbar. Geek squad installed this tv above our fireplace and did a fabulous job. However, the remote control is quite small and awkward to use. I don't like it at all. So TV is 4 stars, Geek Squad 5 stars, remote 1 star.

This TV is amazing! We have owned it for almost a year now, and it is still stunning to me. I have even yet to remove the plastic film on the front, just so I can help protect it, and it is absolutely clear. I have read reviews about some being unhappy about having to rely on the remote, but it really isn't a thing. You can even hook you phone up to be a universal remote, in case you ever do lose the actual remote. The speakers are very good as well, though sometimes you have to manually adjust the settings when you first get it set up. Have only had to do it once, right when we first purchased it. I would absolutely recommend this TV! It did take some getting used to, because everything was so clear it had the "reality" effect, but now I couldn't imagine watching my old tv. I even rewatch my old (20+ years) DVDs that have not been remastered, and it's like watching them for the first time. My partner plays video games, and the color and graphics are amazing. For instance, Skyrim was always a bit dark on our old tv, this is like seeing a whole new world! It also does not get hot when running for hours as our old tv does, it uses a fraction of the power, and it weighs less than 40 lbs. Very easy to maneuver, especially if you live in an apartment upstairs. **The picture I included does not do it justice. I paused it at the wrong moment and it froze weird. This is Walker, Texas Ranger - for those who remember it. It was fantastic seeing it so clearly!***

I picked up this TV because the old one in my bedroom burnt out. I wasn’t looking for anything expensive and this one checked that box. When I got home and got it set up (very simple) I was amazed at how great the picture quality is and how bright and rich it looks. I have a $2400 Sony 4K LED TV in my living room and this Samsung is leaps and bounds better! 10/10 would recommend!!

Happy with this selection. Color is beautiful. Definition excellent. Fast moving Chanel to Chanel. Easy to drag into internet programs... i do recommend 10 out 10

User interface is a little clunky. Image quality is amazing. Setup was simple. Not as heavy as I expected. Minimal latency while Game Mode is on. Truly a smart TV, only held back minimally by a UI that resembles the new XBox user interface. * I have not tried any gaming application that the TV heavily suggests me to try out. Therefore I cannot speak on those services.
