This model is not worth the trouble

A tech came out from Samsung He did not know how to fix it! He did something to the tv tech said it’s fixed a month later it started doing it again and it started dropping the Wi-Fi. The same tech came out again. He put in a new motherboard & power supply that made it worse the picture was so dark I couldn’t see anything. I called Samsung within minutes I said the tech didn’t fix the tv he made it worse I said could you please pick up the tv all I want is a full refund.They gave me the runaround. I went to Best Buy to explain the situation, It seems that Best Buy is giving me the runaround like Samsung. The Best Buy manager told me a tech needs to look at the tv I told the manager all I want is a full refund and take the tv back I don’t want the tv. the manager said all he can do for me is give me store credit . This has been worst experience I ever had with Best Buy.

Don’t buy

While it was working it did have good picture quality and sound for the price. Went to purchase new t.v and was told by employee these t.v’s are known to blow because of the way the lighting is. Waste of money.

Some Apps Don’t Work For The Tv They Will End Up Saying Error Or Some Other Message But When I Use My Cable Box To Use The Same App I Have No Problems. Now I Remember Why I Don’t Buy Samsung.

We appreciate your review and feedback on the CU7000 TV. Please know we are here to help and have a few recommendations which may improve your experience.
First, let's make sure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.
Next, let's run a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
You may also want to confirm that all apps are up to date with the latest update. Go to the Home Screen> Apps> Settings. Within Settings, confirm that all Apps are up to date.
Finally, If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright, you can try adjusting Picture Modes, Contrast, Brightness, or Sharpness settings. Go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings.

Bad Audio syncing

I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with your TV and Samsung Soundbar synchronizing properly. Please know we are here to help.
To ensure performance is fully optimized, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary.
Please know that our TVs do have a Pass-Through audio feature. This feature allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external Soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external Soundbar or receiver then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay.
On your TV, go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through.

Annoyed.

Now it keeps disconnecting from WiFi, and won’t stay connected when it does. Truly annoying I should’ve stuck to my usual TCL tv. Samsung is over hyped.

Received Damaged TV, Not Given Refund

Had a TV delivered and did not open right away due to needing new mounting screws. When I put it up and turned it on for the first time, the screen was damaged! They REFUSED to accept an exchange because of their 15 day policy (I called 17 days after receiving it). It’s not covered under manufacture’s warranty because they said it was “physically damaged” likely due to mishandling. Now I am stuck with a damaged TV and Best Buy does not even care. They said next time I should have “opened it sooner”. Tried to dispute it with my credit card and lost. THANKS A LOT BEST BUY. NEVER EVER BUYING FROM YOU AGAIN!!

I called Best Buy regarding issue they told me to call Samsung customer care . I called them on 21 st they informed they will visit on 29 th to repair

Pink Nightmare

There is a pink hue on the screen that cannot be adjusted using the settings. I called Samsung and they sent a tech to the house, the techs noticed the obvious pink hue but could not do anything about it. Samsung would not ok a fix under warranty, even though it was only two weeks old at the time. I completely wasted my money on this thing. I guess the price is too good to be true.

Avoid Buying

A portion of the screen died within a month of it being set up, but Best Buy refused to exchange it because it was outside of their four week warranty. The ridiculous labyrinth Samsung has to get it repaired under the manufacturer's warranty makes it not worth it. It's a $400, 65 inch paper weight now.
