    The tv is a nice size and a great price but after unboxing it we noticed a small crack at the bottom left of the screen. We knew this would be a risk when having it delivered by truck but it was disappointing when we noticed it. We will be returning it hopefully and getting a new one.

    This T.V I purchased in Nov of 2023 and it died in Jan of 2025, didn’t even last 2 years. While it was working it did have good picture quality and sound for the price. Went to purchase new t.v and was told by employee these t.v’s are known to blow because of the way the lighting is. Waste of money.

    Unfortunately 6 months of having tv started to turn on by itself. A tech came out from Samsung He did not know how to fix it! He did something to the tv tech said it’s fixed a month later it started doing it again and it started dropping the Wi-Fi. The same tech came out again. He put in a new motherboard & power supply that made it worse the picture was so dark I couldn’t see anything. I called Samsung within minutes I said the tech didn’t fix the tv he made it worse I said could you please pick up the tv all I want is a full refund.They gave me the runaround. I went to Best Buy to explain the situation, It seems that Best Buy is giving me the runaround like Samsung. The Best Buy manager told me a tech needs to look at the tv I told the manager all I want is a full refund and take the tv back I don’t want the tv. the manager said all he can do for me is give me store credit . This has been worst experience I ever had with Best Buy.
