SO UPSET WITH BEST BUY. Had a TV delivered and did not open right away due to needing new mounting screws. When I put it up and turned it on for the first time, the screen was damaged! They REFUSED to accept an exchange because of their 15 day policy (I called 17 days after receiving it). It’s not covered under manufacture’s warranty because they said it was “physically damaged” likely due to mishandling. Now I am stuck with a damaged TV and Best Buy does not even care. They said next time I should have “opened it sooner”. Tried to dispute it with my credit card and lost. THANKS A LOT BEST BUY. NEVER EVER BUYING FROM YOU AGAIN!!

I bought the Samsung 65 inch tv on march 6 th , march 20 th suddenly tv got blacked out .i was shocked to watch new tv suddenly blacked out. I called Best Buy regarding issue they told me to call Samsung customer care . I called them on 21 st they informed they will visit on 29 th to repair

This TV is a complete disappointment right out of the box. There is a pink hue on the screen that cannot be adjusted using the settings. I called Samsung and they sent a tech to the house, the techs noticed the obvious pink hue but could not do anything about it. Samsung would not ok a fix under warranty, even though it was only two weeks old at the time. I completely wasted my money on this thing. I guess the price is too good to be true.

Moved into a new house and delayed setting up this TV for two weeks. A portion of the screen died within a month of it being set up, but Best Buy refused to exchange it because it was outside of their four week warranty. The ridiculous labyrinth Samsung has to get it repaired under the manufacturer's warranty makes it not worth it. It's a $400, 65 inch paper weight now.

Well after almost a year there are issues. When I turn it on sometimes, it’s extremely dark as if the brightness is down.

Came damaged. Panel is super sensitive and bestbuy will not help.

Honest opinion i wish i upgraded sooner, but pur LG was from 2013/14 was smaller also, perfect smart rv sounds great only complaint is its full brightness during day sometimes isnt needed. But ive never owned a tv i needed wanted at full brightness most time. Worried long term may effect how long it lasts

The sound is excellent. The TV this one replaced didn’t get very loud at full volume. This one gets LOUD for factory TV speakers. I will probably add a soundbar and woofer for theatre-like sound, but this Samsung’s volume is plenty for a small to midsize living room. Also, I love the platform. Setup was super easy and navigating all the apps is even easier. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. 10/10
