Good picture quality. Good price for the product. Do not care for the controller. I didnt like the set up. TV set up did not let me use my Amazon Fire Stick controller for everything. So now I have to use two controllers. Also volume control on controller is weird and difficult. Overall, good buy for price.

Samsung rivals the competitors with their latest TV's. And this one is a compliment to their list of newer TV models. Very impressed by the screen menus, logic and customized settings. Screen is crystal clear, sound is above average and impressive. Works flawlessly with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. No need to add a Fire stick, Roku or Chromecast device since the app search selections in the library are endless. Amazed with Samsung's technology and performance and outweighs the others. Seamlessly connects to my Samsung account across my other Samsung devices. Hand down! 5 Stars and highly recommended! Samsung TV's sold at Best Buy are truly the "Best Buy", pun intended!

Great quality tv especially for the price. The picture is extremely clear and the apps are easy to use. Volume could be lounder because of the large room but I will get a small speaker.

Awesome picture, good sound, unfortunately small, difficult to use remote. Price was goid. Returned Roku TV and replaced wirh this one. Roku dropped sound and internet repeatedly, this one has never dropped either.

I picked this TV up for $400 after owning the 43” version for about a year. For the price point, this thing is awesome. The picture quality is good enough for UHD gaming but it could use a brighter backlight. I don’t use the smart features so I can’t comment on that portion. The sound quality is better than expected but still underwhelming, as all back mounted TV speakers are. 3 HDMI inputs and an optical output make it easy to set up a few consoles and a sound bar (which I recommend, despite the decent audio). This thing knocks other TVs in the same price range out of the water. Definitely a great value.

Great color and sound. A very good size for a small living room. Easy set up. I didn't want to spend over $1,000 for state of the art, this was in my price range and the quality is perfect for what I was looking for.

We had a really nice upgrade from a 40” one. The new remote control needs getting use to and the samsung interface as well. Picture and color wise it’s good for it’s size and price.

Enjoying this new TV. I got it to replace my last tv that was going out, This one has a way better screen and everything looks so life-like. The only sad thing was, I didn't realize my last tv was 70" and this one was a 65" I wish I would have gotten the same size but its still way better than Vizio we had. Also the wall mount screws need to be long. We had to go ask a professional because we couldn't figure out why the screws wouldn't go in, its just because the ones we had weren't long enough. I would definitely recommend this product for this price range, its a great tv.

Great Samsung 65" 4K TV. This TV has great picture and sound quality. I also like the Samsung Gaming Hub, pretty cool feature. It also has Samsung TV plus with free movies and TV. The apps work very well. I truly enjoy watching this TV.

Excellent picture and easy to navigate. My only complaints are .the remote being super small and the volume not being the best . I would definitely buy it again

Good Tv iI like the image and sound Quality. The only bad point and that I hate is super slow!!! I investigate about this and it says that the software on this model y slow, that is not my tv problem. Even if you restart the Tv it does not speed up. It has a 5 to 10 seconds delay when selecting an app or a movie etc Internet says that maybe with a Roku or Google Chrome will be faster but... thats why I got a smart TV right? To avoid buying something to make it smart. But if you find it for a good price and dont mind buying a Roku, it a good option

Excellent Samsung TV at Insignia price. I am so happy with this TV. I was a bit hesitant after reading negative reviews but remote is not hard to figure out at all and I love that it connects with my Samsung smartphone as well as Buds earbuds. Insignia did not let me connect earpieces through bluetooth so this was something I really enjoy. I also love that I can watch Samsung TV and get free fitness videos through my Samsung account for free.

Samsung has the best picture by far. This TV replaced our 55" Vizo 4k that was only 6 months old and the difference is night and day.

I love my new tv i had another brand for about 2 1/2 years and went out on me , which lead me to my new purchase , haven't learned how to fully use all futures best choose i have made
