Picture is great. The remote control is way too small. It is black, so in low lighting it is difficult to see and use. TV dropped the YouTube shortcut so had to call technical support and learn how to "cold boot" and get the shortcut back. Samsung technical support was very good at getting to the issue. I've owned Samsung products in the past with always having good success.

i love this tv. it is perfect for my room size, the setup was easy and it connected to my phone ad other samsung tv easily. the picture is beautiful and i couldn't be happier with my purchase

Love my 65" has a great quality picture awesome sound and the most important part is easy to use remote. I've had LG beforeband the remote is lots of buttons some of them are useless. Definitely would recommend it!

The picture is absolutely gorgeous, and it handles all of my gaming needs. The price was also amazing. Would buy again dor other rooms in the house.

Beautiful tv and the delvery guys where so nice! I want to purchase the tv again. Unfortunately we moved and the screen got shattered in the inside. So we need to buy a new one. I want to get the same one the features and everything about it was crisp and really good quality. It was our fault for the way we packed it in the truck. Was very sad. But i will definitely be getting a new one. Thanks best buy for selling a great product!

This TV is the best smart TV I've ever owned. I like the idea that it's a Samsung and I can link it up with all of my other Samsung products that I own. It has perfect picture & sound quality. It's also easy to navigate and set up.

Great TV with great picture quality, very bright, sound quality is better than expected and it has a lot of nice free features. Samsung TV plus has some pretty cool stuff and it was easy to set up.

I've bought three of this model TV and I really enjoy it. The controls are responsive and quick. I like the operating system and it's easy to navigate. The picutre quality and brightness is what I was looking for.

Love this tv.clear picture.only thing is I wish the volume was louder because I had to buy a soundbar after I put it on wall mount.Samsung is all I buy. Got one that is 10 years old and still going.

Just what I was looking for. Easy to set up, almost ready to use out of the box. It has all the apps you need to stream online. Simplified remote control. Very good screen size to enjoy your favorite movies or shows.

The images on the TV are great. Easy to set up and use. we have a surround system so not able to test the actual volume on the TV. i would high recommend over all for the images/quality.

This tv is very clear and very nice. The user experience with the navigation is also very easy to use. Would definitely recommend this to anyone shopping for a new TV. Samsung really know TVs.
