Great tv, love samsung and i always purchase my televisions from Best buy. Picture, brightness, and sound work great. I definitely recommend the Samsung Crystal UHD.

A good product. Perhaps a little complicated for my taste. I have seen complaints on sound quality and agree i have to turn it up to loud, and am apparently being forced to purchase a sound bar. I experienced a friends sound bar and that did not seem to improve anything. Sunday Morning had an interesting story about how complex a sound engineers job is these days with multiple tracks and the competing effects of explosions, music, nature, dialog etc, and often it is just their best effort and not all dialog remains distinguishable in the final mix. Please with the picture and quality of operation.

The quality and sound is beautiful and perfect for my living room. I also find the price to be excellent for the amazing TV that you’re getting, definitely recommend.

This is the first TV I've ever bought, In very happy that I bought it from Best Buy, being that the give you a couple extra perks like 1 months free Xbox and 4 months xm radio for free, and the discount I received online. delivery was within a few days, I'm now excited to be in the living room to watch my favorite shows, I can see things I didn't see before. The 4k is amazing it feels like you can touch im real life what's on the screen. The picture is amazing, the 65 inch is the perfect size, I'm now considering buying another one for my bedroom.

Had an old VIZIO TV for almost 10 years that broke and bought this most basic model. I love the vibrant colors and better quality than the old Vizio.

This the best tv I ever had worth every penny bought one for my living room had to go back and get one for my bed room you won’t go wrong and the price is amazing and it goes perfectly with the Samsung surround sound bar system

I have purchased a number of these televisions for use in warehouse locations to provide shipment and order status for our warehouse associates. A warehouse is not a hospitable environment for electronics but these televisions have been workhorses for us. The built-in web browser is easy to setup and reliable.

AWESOME PICTURE even replacing a 65" Samsung about 5 years old. No comparison. Color is perfect. Frame is almost rimless Wish the stand was more sturdy though

Extra Tv ,me and my family's are so satisfied. Picture, sounds are amazing so easily to use. All app support and easy to install. Kid's love all the channels that came with and games.

Works great! Great quality picture. The only thing i dont care for is i feel like volume on TV's is lacking. Feels like you need it all the way up just to hear.

I bought this to replace the Samsung 55" that I purchased back in 2009. I love it! The fact that its a Samsung made it an easy purchase. All the TVs in my family are Samsung and we have no complaints. This one is super sharp and easy to connect to the internet. I would purchase this again or any Samsung TVs to replace any of the others we may have. The picture quality is excellent, sharp and very vivid. The sound/speakers I added a Bose speaker that was already connected to the previous TV...I like to feel the sound sometimes!

Crystal clear picture and thin sting build easy for mounting but the best on volume depending on the show you have to turn it up all the way to 100 and others it works good with a reasonable volume

Excellent TV so far. Beautiful picture, easy to set up, a definite upgrade from our Samsung 55” In my opinion, there’s not a better value and product than Samsung Smart TVs.

Have had it for a month now. Experience has been very good from the time of delivery. The unpacking and self installation on wall mount was easy, just needed to buy the prescribed mounting screws. Apps install and work great, ARC HDMI functions as desired with the sound system, and got an indoor HD antenna working with the help of some youtube videos. Overall, a great TV for the price! The remote could be a bit more rugged, but the smart phone app is a reliable backup. Cannot comment on the how good the built-in speakers are, since I don't use them. But I expect that it is pretty much par for the course for the TVs of this class.
