I am also pleased with the service from Best Buy. I worked with an associate through online chat and he helped me find the best TV for the price I wanted to pay and went above and beyond trying to help me. As well, we had it delivered and they were extremely accommodating. I will continue to put Best Buy and Samsung at the top of my list for purchasing all my consumer electronics!!
