I’ve had this TV for a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! From the moment I set it up, it has exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is outstanding, with vibrant colors and sharp details that make watching movies and shows an absolute pleasure. The sound is surprisingly good, even without a soundbar, and the smart features work seamlessly, making it easy to stream all my favorite content.

This TV is great, we wanted a bigger one to watch games on and its not too big and not too small. Very easy to set up and enjoy quickly .

Excellent purchase! I love this TV. It is easy to set up, the picture is crystal clear and the remote has presets for 4 streaming services.

Love it, it's so clear and perfect....you can see all the imperfections on the actors and actresses faces lol. It's almost scary how much make-up they pack on their faces. I would tell everyone to get a Samsung TV like this one!! The workers at the store are very great as well and for that i will always go to bestbuy to get my electronics and anything else they sale and tell anyone else to go there as well. I didn't have to lift a finger, just show my proof of purchase and they do the rest!!

After looking at several other 65" TVs that were more expensive, I purchased this one based on the reviews and specs on Best Buy's site. I am very happy with this TV so far. The picture quality is excellent, especially with 4K content from streaming services. The remote is limited for working with my cable box, so I still use my Xfinity remote along with the TV's remote. The speakers are good for general-purpose use, but I will probably look at soundbars for better audio for movies.

This is perfect size for our family room. Excellent picture and easy to setup. Of yeah! did I mention it wis a great value.

Samsung TVs are the best shouldn’t have strayed away. I tried a TCL tv and had 3 service calls in less than 15 months. I will always stick with Samsung. Only thing I suggest is get a sound bar or surround sound if u need to have that extra boom when watching movies or tv.

It was outstanding service. I love the quality of the TV and the quality of the HD and the 4K that was on it. Customer service was very helpful. Went through the line very quickly, and the woman at the counter I offered to help me and she helped me with the quickness at first to get in my car teamwork makes the dream work and she definitely helped me out. First of all, the tv was at a great price. Second, the picture was just as good. It was an upgrade from my previous tv and it didn't disappoint.

For best price and good quality I always go for Samsung tv’s this would be my fourth one I get and they have always lasted me yrs I’ve gone from 40 inch to 85 inch and they all have amazing quality display and great sound and settings and every single one I have gotten it from best buy because their warranty and prices are better then other the service has gotten a lot better also I will always come back to Best Buy and always get Samsung tv

Great TV for the price (after 65", the prices just skyrocket!). Only giving it one less star because the remote is not as smart as other samsung TV's I've seen -- no microphone capabilities for example, so typing things is a pain.

Good tv for price. Definitely worth the money. Best bang for your buck. Skip the Roku TV’s and get a Samsung.
