I buy lot of things from different companies but Best Buy deliver me a excellent Samsung 65” TV , I wish their future business gets more confident and reliable to all customers!

Excellent Smart TV at a reasonable price

The picture is awesome, both through Verizon Fios Pkg. and Streaming Services. Setup in my case required manual intervention; but most users could just "follow the bouncing cursor" and would be up and watching. Love the user interface improvements and have already received some really cool updates.

Wish the play/pause button was the same as the center "select" button. picture quality is great. packaging of the TV was great. weight of the TW was a little more than expected but mounted on the wall just fine with 2 average-strong people.

I woke up and tried turning my TV on and it would not power up for some reason. I was truly satiywith the picture quality, clarity, vibrant colors and sound quality but it hasn't even been a year and now I'm stuck with a bobkiss!!

Largest I’ve ever purchased, and the picture is great. Easy set up, as well. The sound is basic, but I was roped into buying an open-box soundbar with it, and it’s a good pairing. Happy so far!
