The picture quality and features are outstanding. So I went out and purchased this 65 inch to replace our 60 inch in the family room. Great price for this size screen!!!!

I love the features this tv offers, the picture quality is amazing only thing I dont care for is the sound quality. I have to turn it up to 50 before I feel like I can hear it. I have adjusted the settings unfortunately I didnt feel it make a difference. Its not a big deal just a personal preference that Id like the sound quality to match the other amazing qualities this TV offers

Super clear picture - in fact I had to adjust the picture to use "movie" quality to smooth out the crystal clear details. I was able to get this mounted by myself but would highly recommend having some assistance

Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.
1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.
2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.
Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

Not to mention that the program that they have in order to get your items fixed at any point is totally worth it. I definitely think that buying one of these TVs will make a difference in the whole home.

I only use it for directv satellite and it was easy to set up for that. I recommend just for the picture quality.

I didn’t expect much, but this tv over achieved in quality and performance. It has great picture quality, and the smart hub is user friendly. The tv speakers are ok, but not great. Overall, I’m impressed and completely satisfied with my purchase!

Easy setup connects to my home theater system perfectly. The picture is perfect looks so realistic in any lighting, the darks are dark and the bright is bright. The depth is spot on. Once you get the hang of the remote navigation is easy. I would buy it again in a second.
