Excellent TV for the price. Great viewing angles from the wall mount, about 5 feet up. I appreciate the ease of use of the guide/hub that Samsung implemented. Allows me to continue to view current programming/app while searching for another app.

I love my tv any app I want to download has been available! the sound is like a built in sound bar.

This was a replacement after our 3 year old threw a hot wheel at our last, leaving a 6 inch black vertical and horizontal ribbon of pixelated reminders of his shenanigans on our screen. The picture quality is top notch for the price!

awesome tv. great picture, decent sound (I'm contemplating adding Bluetooth speakers), navigating menus is quick and very responsive with remote. From now on, i will only be buying Samsung tvs!

Great entry level tv with allot of things you want/ need in a smart tv. Fast processor for lag free app surfing and a great picture with decent brightness. Overall very happy with the tv purchase

Great TV use it at work as a communication tool between offices. It is great! Clear all the time. we leave in on 24x7 and generally get about 7 years out of the TV before we see burn in spots

Crystal clear picture and really good sound, I thought I might need a sound bar since I did for my last Samsung TV but the speakers on this were really clear, very happy with this purchase.

Had previously bought a 4k insignia fire tv and had it for less than a week. Could not get a good picture no matter what i tried. Ended up returning it and purchasing this Samsung. Out of the box the picture was 100x better. Great tv only downside is the audio isn’t great. Have to really turn it up to even hear it. Might end up buying a external speaker for it. Overall tho this is a great tv

Picture is good. The one complaint is the remote control. It is not very self explanatory.

Got this tv for an amazing deal as a Christmas gift and it has been well loved already! The size is perfect, the quality is great, the sound quality is good, and the perks that come with having a Samsung are unbeatable.

I purchased my tv from Best Buy on Dec 26 and on Jan 31 my screen went black and I only had sound. Since I was outside the 30 day return window, I contacted Samsung customer service and submitted a trouble ticket. Samsung honored their one year warranty and sent a technician to my home within a week. When they arrived, there were two technicians; they took my tv down from my mount over the fireplace and proceeded to swap out my screen. The issue was a bad digitizer, and within 45 minutes and a diagnostic check, my tv is working again. The picture is a lot clearer and more colorful than my original screen. I’ve read the one star reviews and agree if you plan to purchase this model tv, make sure you register it during unboxing and setup and or purchase the geek squad warranty for your piece of mind. I gave three stars because of the process I had to go through for a 30 day old tv that I bought on sale after Christmas.

The ordering process was easy, the price was very good and the delivery was quick and efficient. I replaced a broken 52 inch TV. The 65" TV is great. So glad we made another purchase with Best Buy.

I'm so happy that I decided to get a larger TV. It is so much better it's easier on my eyes and everything is much clearer. I'm not a TV person, but I find myself can't wait to turn it on so that I can see the pretty picture.
