Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The best buy service was good and on time delivery but the problem is with TV I got Samsung CU 7000 Wifi doesn't connect automatically when tv turned on and other issue problem with Apple Air Play and Samsung Things apps for Android, nothing work while I trying to see my phone content on TV. Contacted Best Buy geed squad, given some basic step to check but nothing worked and directed me to get Samsung support help. Spend almost 5-6 hours with Samsung support but the issue remain as it is. They raised ticket internally and told someone will call back but call never came and finally decided to return product. Apart from features not worked, TV has good picture and sound quality according to price point.

It’s been absolute great to watch movies and playing video games on. The only down side is the speakers especially when watching Netflix. The audio is really low not only on Netflix but prime video, HBO Max, and paramount plus. I usually have to put the volume on upwards of 80. Nonetheless I still very much enjoy my current tv.

Although you may need a soundbar if you’re a little hard of hearing. Very nice quality picture. Just make sure you go online and download the user manual.

The only drawback was that there were two left stand feet in the box. Best Buy took care of us and reported to Samsung to make sure it would be corrected for future purchasers of this wonderful TV.

Xbox game pass built in is awesome. Tv looks great, fancy remote, simple interface. First Samsung TV, likely won’t be the last. Buy it up people.

It's excellent for watching movies or gaming in a dark room, thanks to its high contrast ratio. It's also a great choice for a bright room, thanks to its high peak brightness and superb reflection handling, so glare isn't an issue when watching TV shows or sports during the day. It has a decent viewing angle, so you can walk around with the TV on or watch something with a group of people without worrying about the image fading from the sides. Finally, it's amazing for gaming thanks to its low input lag, quick response time, and an impressive selection of gaming features.
