Fantastic TV... when it works

It does display ads in the UI, so I docked a start because of it. Why should I have to view ads on a TV I paid $2700 for? I shouldn't. I docked another start because the TV has an issue where it intermittently turns off and right back on while watching or playing video games. This issue started about 5 months into its life. Three repairmen were sent out and they changed out almost every piece, boards, the panel. The issue persists. I don't have this issue with my Sony LCD, my Vizio LCD or my LG LCD. I wanted to love this tv, but it didn't love me back :(
