    TV has been fantastic so far. Not a lot of reflection on the screen and the room has many windows. Only thing that has gone wrong is it was suddenly unable to connect to our wireless network. I reset the network settings and it worked fine after that.

    I really want to give 5 stars. But, the slight vertical banding that I see during some content (especially hockey) is stopping me from giving 5 stars. I have a 4 yr old Samsung HU8550 as well and never noticed the vertical banding like I do on this tv. I’m considering returning, but, I really do like the tv. If it wasn’t for this issue, no question I would love this tv and keep it.

    Great tv. Seemed expensive at first but I got a great deal. Looks great, and 4k is a sight to behold on a tv like this. Even my wife was impressed how good 4k programming looks. Wish it came with samsung one connect but that's my only issue.

    I’m really pleased with the ql8f model. It’s really bright and viewing is exceptional. The only negative is the tv speaker is not loud enough for parties but my my receiver and sound system works well during those times.

    Was not the easiest tv to setup had to finally call cox to finish setting it up the tv wanted to run the cox box from the tv remote and that is not possible with Cox. It even took the cox guy awhile to figure out what was wrong.

    I found this as a Clearance and Open box item, so I was able to get a this TV for over 50% original price. Absolute steal. The only issue is that the Samsung Smart Remote randomly loses function of everything but the power button, and requires a reset of the remote and unplugging the tv for a little bit to re-pair it.

    I am having a vertical banding issue. I see it in movies and video games. I am currently on my third set from Best buy. The first panel had a dimming issue and whould shut itself off periodically. The second one was a downsize from 65 and I did like the small size. The third has this annoying and disturbing vertical banding issue that is ruining my entertainment experience. Why did I do this. I had there touch of color tv that had issues and I foolishly trusted samsung again. Now I'm out 3k. Smh

    This TV has great quality from a straight on viewing angle only. I couldn’t handle the color wash out when viewing it from any other angle. I ended up trading it in for an LG OLED and never looked back. The Samsung user interface is pretty nice though.
