We purchased the Samsung QLED or the Sony OLED because we have a room with large windows and needed a non-reflective screen. It works great. We get some slight reflection from the windows but nothing like what we would get with a traditional glass screen. The colors on the Samsung are vivid and the picture is crystal clear. We replaced an old 55" plasma TV with a 65" Samsung and hardly notice the difference in the overall size of the TV due to the new frameless design. Love it.

Bought this TV to replace a Sony 930D model that was about 2 years old that we were noticing display issues with. The TV has a nice, bright picture with plenty of inputs. I haven't used the smart features very much, so can't comment on those. The main reason for removing a star is that the screen does not handle glare as well as I was led to believe from other reviews. I tend to notice the window or objects behind me more with this TV than I did the original Sony I had.

I bought this TV in late 2018 and I absolutely love it. The screen quality is amazing and it's so clear. I have become obsessed with Samsungs QLED TV's, and I even bought a 55 inch version of this TV, for my bedroom upstairs. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quality TV.

WOW! This is a really nice TV. Beautiful picture with great features and great for watching sports or high action-pack movies. The one down fall is the sound. A little more bass would be nice. When adding a sound bar, it adds to the features its missing.(Sound-Bass)

Samsung just makes a great product! Couldn't be more pleased with the picture quality & features. We had it mounted on the wall and it really looks sharp. Can't tell you about longevity since we just got it but we have had great experiences in the past with Samsung products and I'm sure this will be the same.

The Samsung QLED 65 in F8 has a terrific picture. The internal speakers are not the best but since I have external speakers and receiver that is not a problem. Watching sports and nature documentaries really shows how good the picture is.

LOVE LOVE LOVE - Great Picture! My only small complaint would be due to the position of the speakers you have to have it turned up loud to hear when you are sitting in front of the TV but then it is super loud if you are toward the side of the TV.

Overall, I'm happy with the TV. Purchased mainly for living room with xbox 1 x Notes: I used a wall mount (not samsung) and the TV did not come with any bolts, and the kit that I used did not have long enough bolts.I live on a farm, so just grabbed some bolts that fit...M16x25 or 30 fine thread I think. I dont use the built in smart apps, but vudu was quick to load UHD content. Con: Need to dive into settings to turn on HDR ability and tweak

I replaced a 3 yr old Samsung 60 inch SUHD that I though was the best. While it was a great TV this new 65 inch Q8 is unbelievable. I love to watch sports and my wife likes the History and PBS, we are both very very happy with our new tv. Words can not tell it all. VERY HAPPY COUPLE !!!

I wasn’t sure if the money difference between this tv and the 4K was worth it until I saw them next to each other. Amazing! That’s the only word that comes to mind when I thought about this television. I even went back to Best Buy to buy 2 more to replace other TVs in my home.

My old TV was a Samsung Plasma from 2011, and I really hadn't shopped for a TV since then. Browsing the store, I was amazed at the advances since then. The picture just jumps out of the screen, so much more lifelike. I picked the Samsung Q8 because, well, it is just gorgeous.

I had a new LG TV for 8-months and it went out due to "burn-in." then I found out this is fairly common for this brand... and LG will not cover this under warranty. That should tell you something. I will stick with Samsung from now on. I would only recommend Samsung.

Installed in a great room wth an all glass south facing wall. I really did my research on this buy. Chose QLED over OLED because reviews said it could handle bright rooms better (an issue that our older 4K flat screen had). I’m very happy I did. It handles it very well.

Spectacular picture. Definately worth the extra $. Very little 4k broadcasted but with Nerflix and others I found enough I like. The quality of the picture with fast action is really noticeable. I had a high quality 3d 1080p and thoght is was great. This is much better.

The tv was so easy to set up as long as you do what the instructions tell you. I was watching tv within an hour. The picture is so good it almost looks real. You really do feel like you are at the game or where they are filming a movie. I highly recommend this tv.

Picture Quality is Great. Best to watch animated movies to see the colors POP!!! Perfect picture size for a 20' x 20' room. I would give it a 4.75 stars if I could because I had a little trouble with the wall mount. Had to mix and match the screws and spacers.
