Sound from tv is great, color is bright and I like the Home Screen options. The remote is pretty small so easy to lose in the couch so he careful!

What’s most impressive to me is the solar remote control. It produces mid level picture quality but it’s more than enough for everyday usage. A good budget friendly purchase.

I don't think I'm ever getting anything other than a Samsung anymore. Everything just works effortlessly. I love the Samsung UI & Display/Controls. The picture quality is amazing. I can't comment on the sound too much since I'm using a sound-bar (which I highly recommend). If I had a complaint, it's probably that it can be hard to see dark scenes/images when there is lots of glare/light in the room. Definitely angle this TV away from direct light. This may be a completely separate issue unrelated to the TV itself, or maybe some TVs handle glare better ... I'm not sure. But it's the only "con" I could think of.

One thing some might not like is the smart remote as it does not have too many buttons. For me it’s not a problem. Great buy.

The only thing that I had an issue with was trying to connect the remote to the tv, no where in any of the instructions does it say to pair the remote to the tv by holding down both the return button and play/pause button at the same time, I had to call Samsung’s customer assistance to figure that out. Other than that, this tv was truly a great buy. The Best Buy employees, Nemo and Brendalynn helped my boyfriend and I so much - we thought we had to go to another Best Buy about 45 minutes south to get this particular tv, but Brendalynn and Nemo were able to pull the last one they had out for us, great rapport, awesome customer service.

There are two things that I feel needed to be added 1) Manual 2) Charging cord for the remote That is the only reason I gave it a 4 star rating. Very happy with the product.

You can download the Q60A TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website by clicking "Support" > "Manuals & Software" > "TVs & Home Theater" > "TVs". From there, you can select the Q60A TV under "4K QLED TVs” > “A Model Lineup" and download the guides you would like. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.
