Q: Can you provide VESA mounting information?
A: Hi JimmyfromMoody, Samsung TVs are VESA Compliant and work with any wall mount or stand that is also VESA Compliant and designed for the TV's size. For the 65" Q60A TV, you would need a VESA bolt pattern of 400 mm x 300 mm. Screws and adapters are not included with your TV. You will need 4 x M8 screws, 11 - 13 mm length, and 1.25mm pitch. ^Val
A: Remote control is charged by room light. If remote won't work, put where it can get some sunlight. Notice where the solar strip is and do not lay the remote upside down. Manual is on tv listed under settings>e manual or on samsung.com website. I am going to add a sound bar but have limited space/ All I received was the remote. Geek Squad installed mine so not sure if they had to add any cables.

Q: does this device have the multiview or the multiview 2.0? so i can view 2 apps at once?
A: This TV has MULTIVIEW. Bought 2 of these tv's for multi-view function and it's "endless possibilities for splitting screens and viewing several types of content at the same time"-SAMSUNG. The only thing you can do here is screen mirror a Samsung phone on the right and on the left you can watch air tv, cable, Samsung tv, or hdmi input. NONE of the pre-installed apps (DISNEY, HULU,PRIME, HBO OR NETFLIX) work on Multiview. YouTube semi works but you need to exit split screen to search content then go back into Multiview. I have called Samsung 3 times and still no fix. probably just needs a software update but will Samsung do it? Also wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue with either Multiview or Multiview 2.0. SOLUTION TO USE 2 APPS ON THIS TV:, the only way to accomplish what you are trying to do is to connect a fire stick or streaming device on one HDMI (which defies the purpose of a smart tv) then you can stream your phone on the right side running any app you want. Secondly, there is Multiview 2.0 for more $$$ but I highly doubt it works. Also, Samsung will not give you a straight answer. 1800-726-7864. RESET HUB, RESTORE FACTORY SETTING, AND UPDATE SOFTWARE have not worked but you will likely spend 2 hours on the phone with them trying it out.
Q: How wide should my stand be if I am not mounting my TV?
A: JMAC - The leg width of the 65" Q60A TV is 42.7"; your stand should be slightly wider than this measurement. ^Gina
