First smart tv I've owned as well. The picture quality is amazing pretty much regardless of view. Audio is decent, looking forward to hopefully pairing it with a Samsung sound bar as that has some special audio pairing features apparently. Quite affordable for what it is too, I got it for like $950~ or so. I really love the remote though, can be solar powered so if you get in the habit of facing it upside down when you are done, you will never run out of battery.

Thank you for your review of Samsung's Q60A TV and for sharing your experience with the remote setup. If you press any key on the remote, and the LED indicator at the top of your remote stays on for about 3 seconds rather than blinking, please try the following steps to reset your remote:
1) Long press the RETURN key and ENTER key together for about 10 seconds you’re your remote was once paired already with the TV, you do not need to re-pair it again. However, if it was not paired with the TV, pairing must be done after the reset.
2) The RETURN key is on the left side of your remote and looks like a curved, backwards pointing arrow.
3) The ENTER key is the button in the center of your directional ring.

I replaced a smaller 27 inch for my bedroom. The old TV wasn't a smart TV and my Amazon Firestick was starting to buffer. Once I got all of my aps loaded on to the new TV I was ready to go, and no more buffering. The Samsung TVplus (free Samsung TV streaming service) is great. Makes needing cable unnecessary. I had Bestbuy mount the new TV to the wall and the technician did a great job. Very quick.

Had it in my house within 3 hours of purchase with very little effort. The product itself is great. Have been a long time Samsung TV fan and this model is outstanding. I am unable to appreciate any difference in picture quality between the Q60 and more expensive models like the Q70 or Q80. Highly Recommend.

We will continue on buying our next 2 tv’s will be smart tv as well. The delivery company they used call Pilot Service Delivery is terrible and unprofessional. We had to change the status to Pick Up. So we had the tv delivered to store so we could pick up and everything worked out in the end. Picture quality is perfect! I recommend buying this TV!

I don't like the remote that came with it, but I am assuming that most people use universal remotes that operate everything, It was very easy to set up my universal remote and it works the TV just fine. This TV was so easy to hook up our sound bar and the Blu-ray player. We like the quality of the picture and so far really like this Samsung Q60A TV. ( only owned it for about one month). And definitely would recommend this set to my friends/family. Four Stars instead of five, because I think Samsung could/should have provide a better remote control.

To assist you in the functions and settings of the remote, you can download the Solar Cell Remote Guide directly from Samsung’s website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “TVs”. From there, you can select the Q60A under "QLED 4K TVs” > "A Model Lineup". Additionally, you can find other guides and manuals to further assist you with your TV’s features.
