The Samsung 65” Q60A was on sale and after going to Best Buy we bought the TV. The salesman was extremely helpful and was honest about whether a jump up to the Q70a was worth it due to watching habits and not be a game player. The Geek Squad install was another plus. Bottom line I am very happy. The TV provides a beautiful picture with outstanding colors.

Good Upgrade

The picture is outstanding and I can see some films in 4K. The delivery and mounting was done by Wesley Tautala of Mount Up; he is an outside contractor that Best Buy selected for my job. Wesley was fabulous. He was professional, friendly, really knew what he was doing and in no time the TV was up and running. Thank you Best Buy for sending Wesley for my installation.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am very happy with my TV however I am not happy with the fact that I mentioned to the salesperson that I needed and desired to have the cords inside of the wall and it wasn't until the technicians came out to tell me that it was something that he needed to add and I would need to pay an additional delivery and installation for that which it should have been included with my original order for the tv, soundbar and delivery/installation.

Very thin, so doesn't take up too much room either. Got it open-box and did not have the remote, so the remote they gave me works for everything except turning the TV off. They gave me a different remote that turns off the TV but every other button doesn't work. Weird system, but small issue.

Deep blacks, vibrant colors, but so-so software

The darks are deep and the colors are vibrant. The only annoying thing about this is since I use a DVR primarily, it takes about 5-10 seconds after turning the TV on, for the default Samsung menu overlay to disappear automatically. There might be a way to stop that from happening, but so far I haven't found the solution. Otherwise, a great TV for a good price.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the Smart Hub automatically turning on with your TV. When you set Autorun Smart Hub to on, the TV displays the Home Screen automatically when you turn the TV on. To disable this function, go to: Home > Settings > General > Smart Features > Autorun Smart Hub
