The picture is great and the sound is plenty for me. I rarely register over 20 for sound level. It is like having my own theater. I play my own produced DVDs on this tv and they are great as well. The underwater colors are vibrant. I also purchased a 43” LG NanoCell tv for the bedroom from Amazon. I believe I like the picture on this tv a little better but they are both great.

Of coarse the bigger the TV you do get you will get a little lag time which would be normal due to it's size and depending on what movie your watching where it would be a little noticeable. It's not a big deal. Of coarse my husband and I are a Samsung fan to begin with and Samsung really does make great TVs. Recommend this one. Don't believe you will disappointed. Great choice.

We appreciate your feedback regarding your TV's response time. To optimize the Smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

I am 60+, so technology is a little difficult. I am streaming with Amazon Prime and have an antenna and DVD player attached which is awesome. I have more channels to watch than I have time. My complaint is not the TV, but my internet service. I am limited to my carrier, so I deal with it. I recommend this TV.
