Geek squad who installed the TV with brackets on the wall as well as another TV were outstanding. They arrived on time, took the allotted amount of time to assure that everything worked properly and even reconfigured our TV's in a better fashion than the FIOS crew who had been there the day before to set up our cable!

It has some great features and apps. The color is not as good as our OLED LG. I can't seem to get nice dark blacks without losing contrast. Still woking on it. Also wish the system settings were easier to navigate. You will need to hit up youtube if you want good instructions on how to use it as the electronic files in the tv are about useless and you get two small pieces of paper with it.

The blacks don't get as black as I'd like, but otherwise the picture is amazing! My previous Samsung TV that I bought years ago had slow responsiveness and few apps for the "smart" aspect of it. But it looks like this one's a lot better in that regard. All of the top video apps are available on it.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice TV. Got during a deal. Connects easily to a Samsung sound bar for movie quality sound. Software navigation and channel changing is a bit unwieldy with too much clicking. Apps for streaming are great including dedicated remote buttons for Prime Video and Netflix. Samsung TV provides a bunch of local channels for free over streaming. Thats a plus. Connected to a mini PC for Skyping and it has native support for connecting to PCs with auto resolution handling.
