    This is by far the best TV I have ever owned and its perfect for my PS5 ! I didn't even know it came with free Samsung Tv which reminds me of satellite radio as far as the channels go. I'm in love with this bad boy not to big not to small just right. I must admit I love the Samsung Tv and its free.

    Very sharp, vibrant colors, easy setup. Only negative is the quality of the sound without a sound bar - it sounds tinny but I'm more aware of it because we do have a sound bar already installed so In know what I'm missing when it isn't paired. Otherwise, we are very happy with the purchase and love the picture.

    Love Love Love my 65” SAMSUNG TV! Must admit that at 80 years (plus) I needed my G’Daughter to Help me with this Smart TV…that seemed Smarter than me! Everything about this TV is Perfect! Rain and her partner (GEEKS) were so nice /helpful when they delivered and set the TV up. Thanks

    I’ve never owned a tv above 55 inches. This tv is absolutely beautiful. For the money it is ridiculously worth it. I saw them all on display at Best Buy and it stood out. Most people go for Sony, including myself. This time around sony didn’t stand out, unless it was $2500 or more.

    I upgraded our 70" Sharp Aquos 1080P TV with this unit and I am just blown away by the quality! The color depth and smoothness of motion is incredible. I disabled all motion smoothing options to get rid of the soap opera effect and could not be happier. Samsung knocked it out of the park with this unit!

    i picked up this tv on july1 2021 replacing my sony kd30x360 60in lcd/led 4k tv and wow this blows it out of the water so bad. Samsung made a great tv with the q60a i cant be more happy with the pic and the size of it. Playing the ps5 and xbox on it is crazy its only 60hz but it still shows great

    I bought this TV as an open box item. I prefer Samsung and like the included channels. This picture is much brighter and detailed than my previous model. I only needed to setup my samsung account, streaming services and my living room is more enjoyable.

    This Samsung QLED has a really good picture. It is in a room with big windows and a lot of light and the picture quality is still excellent. It is connected to a streaming service and it does a wonderful job streaming. I highly recommend this TV.

    Nice picture and I'm looking at the reviews. This is the 2nd TV that I have received (the 2nd one is a replacement of the 1st). BOTH TVs continue to turn on/off by itself. When I'm watching TV, it will automatically shut down. When it turns back on, it may/may not have a sound or it will turn back on with "narration" (which when I go turn it off, it's not on). I've been back and forth with Total Tech and either I have been given the run around, representatives hanging up on me (that happened twice) or I don't receive any answers. The latest replacement was only a few days ago and the TV is operating the same. I have uninstalled/ re-installed the app that I'm watching but still the same issue. Lately, the picture is not fully in the screen! I have been very disappointed not only in this TV, but the customer service that I have received from Total Tech. At this point I need to decide what I am going to do before I cannot return it. I refuse to pay all this money for a television that chooses to operate how/when it wants.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Q60A TV and for your review. HD channels will have black bars on either side of the screen when displaying upscaled SD (4:3) content. Black bars will appear at the top and bottom of the screen when you watch movies that have aspect ratios different from your TV. Adjust the picture size options on your external device or set the TV to full screen.
      Settings > Picture > Picture Size Settings > Picture Size

      We appreciate your feedback regarding the issues you are are experiencing with your TV turning itself on and off repeatedly. Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue:

      1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection.

      2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it) or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable.

      3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.

      4) If the power cycling allows enough time in between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software.

      5) TVs which can connect to SmartThings can be turned on using compatible devices, sometimes automatically. However, if abnormal "power on" signals are sent through the wireless network, they will trigger this function and make the TV turn on. If you do not want this function, navigate to Settings > General > Network > Expert Settings > Power On with Mobile, and turn the setting off.

      If the issue persists after these steps, then the TV will likely need service. Please contact us so that we can better investigate your issue and assist you towards a solution or replacement. You can reach us at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week.

    Purchased this television to replace older Samsung 60 inch. This new television is larger 65 inches and was able to use same stand. The color and clarity on this televsion is outstanding. Also the smart feature are so much faster then are old Samsung.

    The size was perfect above our fireplace. The picture is clear and not impacted by the light coming thru the multiple windows. Staff was great with assisting in our purchase, along with the team that did the install (very knowledgable.

    Installation was very easy. Setup and operation were simply described in the brochure and the instructions were easy to follow. Colors are bright and Samsung has captured the quality necessary to make this an excellent product.

    We were long overdue for a new TV in the family room. The Samsung QLED was the perfect choice for us. We weren’t sure what brand or model to get when we walked into our the store. We were fortunate to get a patient and knowledgeable sales person the walked us thru the TV section and informed up about the brands and picture quality. We are happy with our selection

    The tv is really big. The sound quality is good and we don’t have any complains about it. However, the visual quality was not that great, it appeared somewhat pixelated whereas it was clear when we saw it in the store. Other than that, we really enjoy the tv. It has many functions and works well altogether. The tech support was able to help us mount the tv as well.

      Thank you for choosing the Samsung Q60A TV and for sharing your feedback regarding your picture when watching fast motion. For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings

      - Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
      - Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
      - Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

    Love this TV. Beautiful picture. Upgraded to a 65” from a 55” We watch a lot of TV since my husband has been sick. So far no problems with it. Can’t say enough about it. Thank you Samsung and Best Buy. And the sound bar makes you feel like you are really there.

    This TV has a crystal clear picture and a slim bezel that makes it really stand out when mounted on my wall! Smart features are great (and there is a multi-picture feature, think old school PIP)! Highly recommended unit and I have 3 of these in my house!
