I came for a tv, but left with much more

I do not recall the gentlemen's name who helped us, but he was not only helpful, informative, and knowledgeable, he understood how to give a customer a great experience in how he treated us and helped us every step of the way. If a customer feels he/she is being properly treated and informed, price seldom becomes an issue and the sky is usually the limit.
