To optimize the Smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

When I contact customer serves. Some of them were very nice to assist me . Some were not . Anyway, At last I got offer to change TV and set up for free. Even though I didn't use this offer because my internet person help me solve this issue. I still appreciate this offer. I also want to say Thank you for give me some return due to price match. Thank you.

The remote and menus take a little getting used to. Picture quality is alright. It’s a little dark at times and when you switch apps, it takes a minute or 2 for the picture to unscramble. It doesn’t come with a lot of instructions even though there are QR codes for manuals. I didn’t find them particularly helpful. But, it is a nice tv.
