Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Q60A TV and for sharing your experience with sound delays. Please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1901.0 which includes updates to address lip sync or audio delays that you are experiencing. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model.
2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.)
3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV.
4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.

They think it looks amazing, but really I’d say it’s just good. You could probably buy the cheaper TCL and not be able to tell the difference between the two. There is some back light bleed through that makes blacks look dull or foggy. Other then that, great TV

We don’t have cable and this has a lot of free TV options and is app enabled for all the basics (Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Showtime. Etc) really happy with this purchase. Only complaint is the power cord is extremely short- we had to get a longer dcord to hang the tv.

The men were knowlegable and very efficient. They were courteous and very helpful especially setting up our old TV in our bedroom without any additional charges. It is great, but the sales representative who helped me at Camelback/20th St. in Phoenix wasn't helpful at all. Couldn't get him to give me straight answers on anything, except to ask me how much money I wanted to spend. He basically said they all do the same things.

However we had a woreless tv headphone from my previous tv and i cant find the audio out port for it. I was wondering if i have to buy a new wireless headset but have no idea which one goes with this tv.
