    I love the remote control for this television. Less buttons and no batteries or charger needed. It’s solar powered. The interface is way too busy. Unfortunately, you’re just going to have to spend more money for a better quality picture. You will definitely need a sound bar.

    The picture seems to go from clear to blurry at times. We know it's the TV as we also had all new equipment and cables set up by The Geek Squad. And you do see every freckle on people's faces. I would recommend this TV if you have a big room, or a bar, as the picture is clearer the further away you sit.

      Thank you for choosing the Samsung Q60A TV and for sharing your feedback regarding your picture's clarity. For optimal image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings

      - Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
      - Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
      - Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

    Overall it is a very nice product. We have a BD player, an Nvidia Shield TV box, and a 7 year old A/V receiver. The receiver doesn’t have HDMI ARC, so we are using the Optical audio OUTput. I wish it had one more HDMI port, so I could eliminate one or two remotes. It’s only been a couple of weeks, so maybe I can still figure out a solution.

    We purchased this model for our vacation home. It is light, thin, the picture is awesome. My only complaint is that the remote is not lit. Other than that, there is no reason not to own this model if a 65" television is what you are shopping for.

    The picture is fantastic. The pre programmed stuff is difficult to get it hidden. It is NOT removed just hidden. Samsung customer support was of no help. Geek squad had to show us how to hide the Samsung junk that was preloaded. Will not buy another Samsung TV.

    Another great product by Samsung. What I find most amazing is the up-scaling ability of this TV. Every channel in 1080p looks like it's 4K. There is some light leakage areas in the corners but it's not bad. It has all the apps I need for streaming.

    The Geek squad arrived on time and was super professional. Upon entering my home they wore mask and shoe coverings. They set up my equipment in a timely manner and educated mon the proper use of it . They did a phenomenal job!!

    The TV is a smart TV. But it has issues with Xfinity and connecting. The app constantly freezes and does not work. The remote is solar powered and runs out without notice. The picture quality is very good. Instructions on use of TV could be much better

      Thank you for choosing the Q60A QLED TV and taking the time to share your experience with the Xfinity app. This issue may be related to your network connection and quality. We suggest you try the following:

      1. Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible
      2. Try wired LAN if available
      3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router

      Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

      You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences.
      Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

      Additionally, to optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.

      This improves your apps performance as it frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

      When the Solar Cell Remote is not in use, please ensure you place it on a surface receiving sunlight or ambient lighting with the solar cell facing upwards. For a quicker charge, we recommend using a Samsung branded USB-C charging cable.

      To further assist you in learning the various features, functions, and settings of your TV and remote, you can download the Q60A TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select the Q60A TV under QLED 4K TVs > A Model Lineup to download the guides you would like. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.
