I received some excellent advice from one of the sale staff one what would be best for my needs. I installed both of the Nest devices and the TV. We have an appointment for the Geek Squad to come out next week. I am hoping they can improve the picture quality and hang TV on wall mount.

Low smart TV reliability

The Youtube TV app has the most connection problems to where I have to constantly restart the TV several times daily to get it to work properly. I may think about another brand if a firmware update dosen't come through to fix these issues. This says a lot for me because I am a loyal Samsung customer and dont want to look elsewhere. I do like the fact that the remote is solar or USB-C powered, so no batteries. The other apps I have used seem to work as intended (Netflix, Hulu, HBO max, Disney+). I would not recommend this TV if you are like me, a person that has cut the cord and needs a dependable smart TV to watch Youtube TV.

We are retirees and always looking for a deal. Best Buy is our "go to" place.

New TV for home

When I came to pick the TV up the individuals who helped me load it were somewhat confused over how to tie it down for the ride home but in the end we managed to get it home in one piece.

The team that set up the tv was great. The lead guy was very knowledgable and took care of all my questions before I even asked! (especially syncing my Xfinity remote to the TV. Excellent job!)

Edge lighting bad and bleeding through screen.

It was so bad on my unit, you could see a blue glow in one of the corners even in the daylight... at night there were blue glows all over the edges of the TV.. looked terrible. It's possible my unit was defective but also possible it wasn't. I returned it and upgraded to a mid-range Sony and 100% pleased.

Never buy another brand of TV
