I have read where their quality has gone down so i thought i would try this samsung. Glad i did. It is great for gaming also with auto gaming mode.

Not so Smart QLED TV.

It seems that I can only stream from apps approved by Comcast and there is no way to connect the TV directly to the internet.

Remote must be near light or window to charge. TV in a dark basement with no windows, must charge with USB-C but doesn’t come with tv.

Great TV for the money.

I don't, however, like the fact that I still need to use another remote for my cable box. Good purchase overall.

Thank you for choosing Samsung's Q60A TV. You can control your connected devices using your TV remote by following these set-up steps:
1) Connect an external device to the HDMI port of the TV, and then power on the external device. Your TV will automatically recognize the device when connected through HDMI and will switch the output. If it doesn't automatically detect it, then keep following the steps to set up Universal Remote.
2) Press the Home button on your TV remote to access the Home Screen. Using the directional pad on the remote, navigate to Source. When the selector is placed over Source, the Source menu will appear. Press UP on the directional pad to access Universal Remote.
3) Select Universal Remote on the Source screen. Next, select Start and make sure the device you want to connect is turned on. When your desired device displays, select it. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup and register the device. The instructions may vary, depending on the device type selected.
4) Your TV and the remote will memorize the external device and its connection port (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, etc.) to make controlling everything even easier. Occasionally, the device may not respond after it's registered. To make sure the connection is made, you need to re-register the device.

Not Always Sunny but Still Bright on the Weekend

It does have some clouding when the screen is black. Then the HDR can turn blacks grey. It is odd because it doesn't happen all of the time.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Q60A TV and for sharing details of your image quality. To optimize your picture quality, please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1901.0 which includes picture quality updates. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model.
2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.)
3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV.
4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.
