To assist you in learning various functions, settings, or help on the interface, you can download the Q60A TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website by clicking "Support" > "Manuals & Software" > "TVs & Home Theater" > "TVs". From there, you can select the Q60A TV under "4K QLED TVs” > “A Model Lineup" and download the guides you would like. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.
If the picture you are seeing out-of-the-box are not to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
You can select the Picture Mode that provides the best viewing experience. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
3) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also go to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine tune your image.

Terrible Picture Quality

Picture not very crisp. Any dark movies hard to see, terrible for shadows. Looked so much better in store. Wish we never bought it. Sounds is always off. It's like it changes the settings itself no matter how much we adjust it.

Samsung TV not so great

Luckily we had the total tech package but it needs a new screen already. We rarely use this TV and our bummed that it is already having issues.

Perfect TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since we took it out of the box I really liked its appearance, the image is very sharp a QLED panel, and supporting HDR contents is bright, There is an Art Mode that enables this TV to display beautiful works of art and that is where this TV shines! the colors are very vivid, the children really liked the size. Is really easy to set up practically installs itself, The television has a self diagnosis display that you press and it starts scanning for any problems, the video games look much better and the sound is perfect, it has a lot of volume, the remote control is very easy to use can be charged by Sun or via USB and I love that you can see two screens at the same time. This TV is fantastic, I really recommend it to everyone.

To use this function, the TV must be connected to the internet. Go to Settings > General > Voice > Voice Assistant to select which Voice Assistant you would like to help control your TV (Bixby, Amazon Alexa, or Google Assistant)
To use the Voice Assistant, follow the instructions on the TV screen to enable the selected Voice Assistant. To enable the Settings menus for each Voice Assistant, log into each Voice Assistant.
To run your selected Voice Assistant, press and hold the button, say a command, and then release the button to run Voice Assistant. The Samsung Smart Remote may not recognize your voice when it is far away from you, turned upside down, or located in an environment with loud ambient noise. Use the Samsung Smart Remote less than 2 feet (1.5 m) from you with the remote control buttons facing upward.
If you have already set up your Voice Assistant, your issue might be with your remote. For further assistance, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week.

Awful TV !!

Sound whether you use soundbar or TV speakers cuts in and out for no reason. I called Samsung Customer Service twice and both times the tech had no clue what was wrong nor how to fix the issue, infact they didn’t believe I had a issue at all. I even took the TV back to Best Buy, exchanged for another only just days after I bought the first one and second Tv had some issue. I changed HDMI cords, updated software, etc. finally took it all back including soundbar and bought An LG from Amazon!

Pending issue with tv

The apps “skip” or “glitch” when you’re watching anything from HBO Apple or Netflix, Pandora, etc. The tv will kick off any device streaming and then reset itself. Im going to try a contact customer service to replace the tv, but seeing as this is a replacement for my last tv that I had to wait three months to get a main board replaced; I highly doubt I’ll have any luck and I’ll just be stuck with this tv.
