    Stopped working after 77 days

    I bought this TV on Oct 10. On December 28 it would not turn on. I also bought the Best Buy total plan. Best buy will not replace the TV. They said I have to go through Samsung. Samsung has stated that I cant get a technician for a whole week. Finally i get a call from a Samsung technician who doesn’t speak english very well he tells me he has the part for my TV without even looking at it. Sounds like they kkow that this is a defective item and meanwhile i can’t watch the college football playoffs on the $1800 investment I have put into Best Buy. The total protection plan was a great waste of money and Samsung has sold me a lemonde. Very disappointing!!!

    Too intense color.

    The TV’s color was way too intense for me. Despite working on the color settings we could not get it to our liking. This TV may be better for gaming, which we don’t do.

      We appreciate your input on the picture quality of Samsung's S90F TV. If the image you’re seeing doesn't meet your expectations, there are several adjustments you can make to the picture settings.

      Go to Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      AI Mode and AI Settings further recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, the content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can enable AI Mode by going to Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode.

    Best Buy Price Match Doesn't work

    The TV is generally OK. I signed up and paid for Best Buy Member plus to enable me to get price match credit when the price of the TV dropped. I also told the app to notify me of price drops. App did not notify me. I found out about the price drop 3 days after my 60 day price match window and called them. Best Buy would not honor the $400 price drop/price match. Even though the price dropped within my 60 day window, I called them a couple of days after the window. I find this unethical, and I am severely disappointed. $ 400 credit down the drain. They won't do anything to make this right. I suggest moving all my business to Amazon at this point. I do not recommend doing business with Best Buy.

      First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

      Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing
      2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms
      3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving
      4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments

    Honestly unhappy with this TV, so many settings and even after researching on YouTube the picture is not great, especially with the AI mode on. Either Samsung needs to push a firmware update or I guess I have to live with the over saturated colors and intense shadows. Avoid and get an LG

    After living in a furnished apartment for the last 3.5 years, I'm finally getting into my own space and needless to say - a tv was one of the first purchases! The picture quality and clarity on this tv are UNBELIEVABLE. Setup was so easy and I'm stoked with this tv!

    Samsung 65 inch OLED S90 smart television.

    The Samsung OLED tv is impressive. Brightness in my room is an advantage. The Best Buy TV people were quite knowledgeable and helpful. In addition the packaging of the TV was highly engineered and allowed easy removal and set up.

    We love this television. The picture is super clear with great color. The sound is perfect for television viewing or my Pandora playlists. Our son bought us a movable mounting unit for Christmas. I decided to replace the older, and smaller television, with the largest we could place in the preferred corner. It looks awesome. Our your granddaughters just love it too!

    I needed a new TV and had no clue what I was doing or what to buy. It was a relief to have someone knowledgeable help me by showing me the differences. The TV has an amazing picture, and it took me off guard how thin it is. I've had it for a month and am very happy with this purchase even though it was a little pricey. Worth it!

    I like that my new TV has a stand in the middle of it. This allows a smaller furniture stand under it. The quality of the picture and sound are very good. The optional "Smart" items are astounding...a lot to learn how to use with my "older" brain. I am learning a lot and enjoying the TV.

    Good picture and sound. One caution: I had mine mounted over my fireplace (65"). Make sure the height measurement allows enough room to LIFT the t.v. up and then down on the mount to properly fit. In my case, I had to get another mount that fit lower on the back of the t.v. It now fits fine.
