The picture and the sound are great. However, it kept cutting out and then come back on after a few seconds or minutes. Since this is the time of the baseball playoffs, my husband was not happy and had to go to the other room to watch it on a small TV. I will have to return this TV and will edit my review if the replacement turns out to be better. I hope it is just this particular TV that is a lemon and not the whole series.

We're very sorry that you are experiencing issues with your S90F TV cutting out. If you're noticing audio dropouts - especially when using HDMI - we recommend switching to a High-Speed HDMI cable with Ethernet Channel (labeled HEC or HEAC).
Also, try a cold boot by holding the power button on your remote for 5+ seconds, and check for firmware updates under: Settings > Support > Software Update.

Install team was top notch, in and out, and even took the time to work around and explain what they are doing to my kids.
