    This tv lags alot but other then that it is a really good tv. I will see if it will work its self out. But im not holding my breath.

    BUYER BEWARE OF OPEN BOX

    Best Buy labeled this TV as Open Box EXCELLENT, which was their highest rating for an open box. They refer to this as "returned by a customer." When we went to pick it up we were informed that they had just pulled it off the wall as it was a display model. In my opinion that should not be considered a Open Box "EXCELLENT" as it was a display model TV that had been on display and powered on for THOUSANDS of hours. I called the 1-800 line and they told me they couldnt do anything and that I should talk to someone at the store level, and when we went to the store they told us we had to talk to someone on the 1-800 line. It was within the 30 days so we returned the TV, but had the employee not said that they took it off the wall we never would have known. So, BUYER BEWARE!

    Am I blue?

    Love the TV 95% of the time. My only concerns are volume changing going up by itself. Sometimes the color is off, giving people blue teeth, and the whites of their eyes are blue and skin tones are off. Assuming it has something to do with the AI features.

      Thank you for sharing your experience with volume fluctuations and picture quality on your TV. Here are a few steps that may help resolve the issue:
      1. Turn off the Sound Sensor: Use the button located beneath the Samsung logo on the bottom of the TV. With the TV powered on, press the button to the left to turn the sensor on or to the right to turn it off.
      2. Disable AI Sound Features: Some AI functions automatically analyze and adjust sound, which may cause volume to fluctuate. To disable these: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode. You can turn off all AI functions at once or toggle each setting individually.
      3. Check for Firmware Updates: Keeping your TV up to date may improve both audio and picture performance: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing
      2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms
      3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving
      4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments
      5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators

      You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode
