The TV’s color was way too intense for me. Despite working on the color settings we could not get it to our liking. This TV may be better for gaming, which we don’t do.

I was told that the “out of box” tv was good as new. It was boxed in a box that didn’t come with it, no instructions, and after getting it setup it didn’t work. After getting help reloading it I returned it with no problems. I would never buy a used anything again. I purchased a new one from Amazon and they set it up

The TV is generally OK. I signed up and paid for Best Buy Member plus to enable me to get price match credit when the price of the TV dropped. I also told the app to notify me of price drops. App did not notify me. I found out about the price drop 3 days after my 60 day price match window and called them. Best Buy would not honor the $400 price drop/price match. Even though the price dropped within my 60 day window, I called them a couple of days after the window. I find this unethical, and I am severely disappointed. $ 400 credit down the drain. They won't do anything to make this right. I suggest moving all my business to Amazon at this point. I do not recommend doing business with Best Buy.

Purchased on Black Friday and a month later have problems with artifacts on screen.

Don't buy it. This and the defective soundbar worked for ~2 months before requiring warranty repair. Geek squad was absolutely no help in getting either repaired or replaced. Poor service, poor quality.

Honestly unhappy with this TV, so many settings and even after researching on YouTube the picture is not great, especially with the AI mode on. Either Samsung needs to push a firmware update or I guess I have to live with the over saturated colors and intense shadows. Avoid and get an LG

Great OLED TV. The color is vibrant and 4k HDR movies/shows look great. I was a bit concerned from other reviews about OLED TVs being dark in bright rooms. I have this TV in a bright living room and have not felt that it’s dark. Overall it’s a great TV and have no complaints. The built in speakers are loud. I thought I would need to purchase a soundbar but the built in speakers do a great job.

The picture quality is definitely the standout feature. Colors are vibrant without looking overdone, and the brightness makes a big difference, especially in a well-lit room. Watching sports and movies feels really immersive, and the motion handling is smooth with minimal blur. The sound is decent for a flat-screen TV, though like most TVs, it’s not quite enough to replace a soundbar if you want a more cinematic experience. Setup was straightforward, and the smart interface is pretty intuitive once you get used to it. Apps load quickly, and navigation is generally smooth.

After living in a furnished apartment for the last 3.5 years, I'm finally getting into my own space and needless to say - a tv was one of the first purchases! The picture quality and clarity on this tv are UNBELIEVABLE. Setup was so easy and I'm stoked with this tv!

Picture is incredible, OLED is the only way to go. Use caution when getting it out of the box, the TV is very thin.

The Samsung OLED tv is impressive. Brightness in my room is an advantage. The Best Buy TV people were quite knowledgeable and helpful. In addition the packaging of the TV was highly engineered and allowed easy removal and set up.

The picture quality and size are perfect for our home. Our home tends to put a glare on the TV. I have not seen a glare on this TV since using it.

I’ve spent some time with the Samsung S90F, and overall it’s been a solid experience with a few nuances worth mentioning. First off, the brightness is outstanding. Whether I’m watching during the day or with lights on, the screen cuts through ambient light effortlessly. Highlights pop, scenes feel vibrant, and there’s a real sense of punch that makes movies and games engaging. The sound quality also surprised me — it’s full, clear, and immersive enough that I didn’t immediately feel the need to reach for external speakers. As for picture quality, it’s definitely good — colors look rich and motion is smooth — but I wouldn’t call it the absolute best I’ve seen. In certain scenes I expected just a bit more refinement and depth, especially when compared to top-tier displays. That said, it’s still very enjoyable and easily above average for everyday viewing. All in all, the S90F delivers where it counts: brightness that commands attention, audio that holds its own, and a picture that’s consistently pleasing even if it doesn’t quite reach perfection. A great value at the sale price! Quality picture and sound, but some content (Netflix) is better than others (YouTube) in terms of 4K clarity.

The size is perfect for the space I needed. The screen is gorgeous and looks great for my PS5 Pro. I really like the smart features, and the interface. I would highly recommend this TV to anyone who was considering it. Definitely worth it!
