We have saved and saved, and watched every week so when this the top of the line television went on sale we jumped on it, and we now have our first home theater system.

It took almost 1 month to get the remote control. Th e geek Squad person did a good job .... however the people and the overall support process (especially tel people)are not trained properly and in some instances had difficulty speaking english. The remote control is not easy to use and it is a big dissappointment.
