Too intense color.

We appreciate your input on the picture quality of Samsung's S90F TV. If the image you’re seeing doesn't meet your expectations, there are several adjustments you can make to the picture settings.
Go to Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
3. Eco: Provided to save energy
4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
AI Mode and AI Settings further recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, the content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can enable AI Mode by going to Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode.

Samsung out of box purchase

It was boxed in a box that didn’t come with it, no instructions, and after getting it setup it didn’t work. After getting help reloading it I returned it with no problems. I would never buy a used anything again. I purchased a new one from Amazon and they set it up

Dont Do it

This and the defective soundbar worked for ~2 months before requiring warranty repair. Geek squad was absolutely no help in getting either repaired or replaced. Poor service, poor quality.

Best Buy Price Match Doesn't work

I signed up and paid for Best Buy Member plus to enable me to get price match credit when the price of the TV dropped. I also told the app to notify me of price drops. App did not notify me. I found out about the price drop 3 days after my 60 day price match window and called them. Best Buy would not honor the $400 price drop/price match. Even though the price dropped within my 60 day window, I called them a couple of days after the window. I find this unethical, and I am severely disappointed. $ 400 credit down the drain. They won't do anything to make this right. I suggest moving all my business to Amazon at this point. I do not recommend doing business with Best Buy.

Disappointed

Either Samsung needs to push a firmware update or I guess I have to live with the over saturated colors and intense shadows. Avoid and get an LG

Talk about an upgrade!

The Best Buy TV people were quite knowledgeable and helpful. In addition the packaging of the TV was highly engineered and allowed easy removal and set up.

First off, the brightness is outstanding. Whether I’m watching during the day or with lights on, the screen cuts through ambient light effortlessly. Highlights pop, scenes feel vibrant, and there’s a real sense of punch that makes movies and games engaging. The sound quality also surprised me — it’s full, clear, and immersive enough that I didn’t immediately feel the need to reach for external speakers. As for picture quality, it’s definitely good — colors look rich and motion is smooth — but I wouldn’t call it the absolute best I’ve seen. In certain scenes I expected just a bit more refinement and depth, especially when compared to top-tier displays. That said, it’s still very enjoyable and easily above average for everyday viewing. All in all, the S90F delivers where it counts: brightness that commands attention, audio that holds its own, and a picture that’s consistently pleasing even if it doesn’t quite reach perfection. I’ve had great service out of the previous two they are both still working but I just wanted a newer TV. This particular TV was $1100 off the original price. The picture quality is perfect. I’ve always purchased my electronics from Best Buy because of good service and good quality products.

Awesome television

The sound is perfect for television viewing or my Pandora playlists. Our son bought us a movable mounting unit for Christmas. I decided to replace the older, and smaller television, with the largest we could place in the preferred corner. It looks awesome. Our your granddaughters just love it too!

Purchasing Helper Was Needed

It was a relief to have someone knowledgeable help me by showing me the differences. The TV has an amazing picture, and it took me off guard how thin it is. I've had it for a month and am very happy with this purchase even though it was a little pricey. Worth it!

Smarter TV

The quality of the picture and sound are very good. The optional "Smart" items are astounding...a lot to learn how to use with my "older" brain. I am learning a lot and enjoying the TV.

Make sure the height measurement allows enough room to LIFT the t.v. up and then down on the mount to properly fit. In my case, I had to get another mount that fit lower on the back of the t.v. It now fits fine.
