Called Samsung 800 number for help. Suprisingly, the person that tried to help me was not fimiliar with the process. With a smart TV, it seams as if it could be programmed to complete the registration on it's own.

It took almost 1 month to get the remote control. Th e geek Squad person did a good job .... however the people and the overall support process (especially tel people)are not trained properly and in some instances had difficulty speaking english. The remote control is not easy to use and it is a big dissappointment.
