Please note that the "brains" of the TV are in a separate box that has to either be recessed into the wall behind the TV or held separately in a cabinet.

Like the ability to change the frame color

The magnetic connection works well. The small plastic elbow pieces to make sure everything lines up didn't snap in easily but they really aren't needed.

It is so refreshing to have options for what you want along the border of your tv. My TV came with a black border and I bought the maroon.

Left some gaps in the end even after plugging the hooks back side. Magnetic so attaches fast. Not many choices in color and look. I had some rewards to use or lose and couldn't think of anything else as tv comes with everything else including mounting

Today is January 13th, almost two month. Best Buy had not even reach out. This is the first time I have a problem like this with Best Buy. Please let me know what is happening with this order or return my money! Thank you !
