A knob to select the mode and a couple of buttons to fiddle with settings like heat level and such is all I need. Best of all, it has taken everything I have thrown at it so far and continues to work like it was brand new.

I would recommend you buying the dryer and then find out if you need standard hose vent or telescopic. That will save you a lot of hassle. Big dryer and I like the electronic control features. Normal dry isn't enough for a normal load and so I'd recommend more dry setting. Easy lint clean out. And it chimes when your load is done. Great price and extremely pleased!

I feel the clothes get dry in the front of drum but stay damp towards the back making a need to restart for a longer cycle. The drum is very large and price value is good.

Capacity is large. Many reviewers complained that the dryer top is slanted and cannot be used to hold items but the manual states that nothing should be placed on top of the dryer. My only complaint is that the end of cycle chime is too soft if dryer is used in the basement. It would be fine in a same floor laundry area.

I've learned to put the setting on "Very Dry" in order for the heavier items (blankets, towels) to dry completely. Although, it does dry pretty quick. A full load of clothes dries in about 40 minutes.
