Great Open Box Item

The washer worked well for a couple months but than begin to leak from underneath. We called Best Buy and they had a local technician come out and repair the washer. Its been working every since. Great Service even if the washer had a problem.

Good dryer

If the sensor feels thinks your clothes is dry enough the dryer will turn off each time you turn it on. So it's kind of hard to dry things like blankets. But over it's a very good dryer.

Great buy, great value

We are very please with the product, there was an issue with the fridge which we purchased open box. It took three deliveries nut we finally received the right fridge and are very please with it. Customer service at the store was excellent thank you TJ at Walnut Creek, CA.

Not big deal. Super easy fix and I have geek squad protection. So it’s a free fix. Great for large comforters and bulk items.
