    bought this to go with the Samsung matching washer - really didn't need the dryer but I wanted a matching set and current dryer was old anyway. Seemed to be good. Did its job and was not too loud, diid have some noise but not too much. I had to return washer and didn't trust Samsung so I didn't purchase another Samsung so the dryer got returned as well.

    The dryer works very well. I like the option of Sensor Dry which detects when the laundry has reached the optimal degree of dryness. It automatically shuts off the dryer when your clothes are dry.

    This dryer gives options of eight drying cycles -- pretimed or setting the time oneself. Heat settings are adjustable. It is built well with a modern control panel that makes a chiming sound when adjusting the cycle. It also chimes when the clothes are done drying. Wish it was a bit louder at end of cycle.
