The noise is another thing and the difficulty in getting support from Samsung is a deal stopper for any other purchases. It buzzes. Loudly and randomly. Large load or small it makes no difference. Can only use it overnight or when nobody is home. Very sad. :(

It’s a good dryer but with big loads it takes long
