I bought this dryer in July of 2020. The weather was so good I was drying clothes outside and didn't even use the dryer until end of August. Once I started using it I really liked it. It worked just fine. Easy to use, dried clothes great and had a happy tune at end of cycle. Then March 7 2020, I put a load in and pressed "on" and nothing. Checked everything. Wouldn't turn on. Called Samsung and set up a service call. It was one week out. Technician arrived. Had to order part. Another week. Technician arrived. It was the wrong part. He ordered another part. This time had to wait two weeks for him to return! So now it's been 4 weeks without my dryer working. He replaced the main control board and door clip. Dryer still doesn't work. He says the techs at Samsung warranty tell him he needs to order a motor! So now I have to wait for him to order the motor and come back! The tech is very friendly and says "this dryer is a lemon" "It's because it's under warranty they are giving you the run around" "You have only had this dryer for 7 months when it stopped working. You should request Samsung to replace it with a new one." So I call Samsung but they tell me they are putting me in a queue for a call back sometime in the next 48 - 72 hours! I am a single mom with a disabled daughter who needs assistance with all daily living skills. I understand things go wrong and need repair, however, I am still looking at least another two weeks without a dryer and I don't have much faith a new motor is going to fix it! Samsung needs better customer support.

Great product and at a great price!!! Would buy again !!
