    This dryer is below a "poor" rating. The quality is awful. Wrinkles, wrinkles and more wrinkles despite every single process I tried. The dial choices are screwy. Reason i purchased it was because I desperately needed a washer and dryer and due to production shut-downs due to pandemic, this was the only thing available.

    Please be advised, it stopped heating after 2 years! Samsung said tuff luck-will not fix. $340 to fix. Went online and saw hundreds had same issue. Do not purchase product! You've been warned.

    Very Loud Signals

    This unit does not have the ability to silence the VERY LOUD chimes they play after a cycle ends. We called Samsung and they don't have any solutions. We do laundry primarily once kids are asleep and several times in the first week this woke them up. Would not recommend to anyone with baby/kids rooms anywhere near laundry room. (And note that the advertisementd do not disclose that this model has no mute options like the rest of their line.)

    Purchased in Nov. 2019 - Lasted one year one month. Samsung will not work with you and unless you purchased "extra" warranty from best buy, your screwed. Expect to have a repair man out within 18 months and charge you as much for repair as the dryer itself. Buyer beware!!

    I was lied to when i purchased dryer. Paid for cord and vent and the lazy delivery guys didnt install either. Since we had to hire an electrician to have installed so i need a credit now and reimbursed for electrician

    Dryer not heating just after the 1 year warranty by a month. That’s ridiculous it it’s like that with almost everything now. Throw way product once out of warranty. What a joke Samsung is!

    Get what you pay for

    I brought this dryer because it was cheaper then a LG. The dryer failed to dry the clothes fully. I return the dryer and bought the LG which works great. You get what you pay for, go cheap and get an inferior product.

    Im very disappointed in this dryer already having problems this soon after purchasing. I will be replacing with an LG which has a 10 year warranty

    Just stopped working

    Worked fine for about a year and a half, now the dryer doesn’t spin. It turns on and makes a sound but then does nothing. I didn’t expect this thing to not last. I had my last dryer for over 10 years!! So disappointed.

    This dryer has broken twice in the year and a half I've had it. The repair guy said it needs a new motor now. What a piece of junk. No more Samsung appliances for me!

    They waited till the last minute to notify me they cannot deliver this product after almost a month of waiting. They could have called to rescheduled vs waiting an hour before the delivery time to cancel the delivery.

    Quit working after 23 months. Will never buy this brand again. Set it out for garbage pick up because repairs were expensive and was told it will go out again.

    Product died when it was just under 2 years old. I think it’s reasonable to expect a dryer to last longer than that! Of course, warranty is out.

    Geek Squad has replaced dryer 3 times in 1 year. now its having problems again approaching 3 year mark. losing faith in the cheap garbage appliances Samsung is putting out. find another dyer
