Previous dryers have over dried my items and overtime destroyed the threads. This dryer has a moisture sensor and shuts off when items are dry enough to wear or use. We love it.

I was so excited to get this washer and dryer. I wanted to love this set, especially because it's the first brand new set I have ever owned. The first time I used it, my clothes were tangled and twisted after the wash cycle. After untangling them, I put them in the dryer. When the dryer signal went off my clothes were still wet. Every time I use the dryer, have to run it several times for things to get dry. Even on the highest setting, they are still wet when the cycle ends. I have been careful not to overload the washer or the dryer. I'm not sure why this is happening, but I'm pretty disappointed. The Best Buy Geek Squad delivered it and set it up so I know it's not by my own error.
