Get washer. Ended up getting the matchijg dryer. No complainants as of now.

We had the washer and was lucky to find the dryer. It was a great price, easy to set up, big drum and many settings to choose from. Would highly recommend. Best Buy has excellent appliance pricing.

Great drier! Installer reversed the door to open easier for me.

My wife does not care to use the pre-set functions for drying. She said clothes were still damp. She uses the timed function and that has served her well. I like when the cycle finishes, it plays a musical tune.

I like the drier this is my second one first one made noise but best buy did replace it 4 calls to customer service one agent never put the order in but it all came out ok and the second is working great

I think it will do the job great and I believe it will be great. They are in storage right now till my house is built. The only thing I don’t like is having to drive 100 miles round trip to pick them up

He eats very well. Lots of choices. One thing I’m not used to and don’t particularly care for is the Silly song that it plays when the dryer is done drying.

Please pack the dryers better when delivering to homes. My dryer had two scratches

Dryer was good. Install was not completed due to where the vent was but i did it myself

I absolutely love it! Has a cute little chime when done. The guy who hooked up for me actually did more repair and had more knowledge than my actual maintenance guy. Super helpful!

Quality takes is poor because it was dented in delivery from the Best Buy employee. This however DID NOT cause the dryer to function poorly. I'm very happy with it. It's quick and very efficient.

The product is fine it's the whole installation that makes me feel I will never purchase from Best Buy again. The purchase of my Samsung dryer inshore was fine. The problems were with installation. The dryer was installed in a timely manner BUT when I started using it it felt like a sauna in the laundry room. My husband called to have someone come back and check. The Geek squad came and a neighbor let them in. They called to tell me it wasn't install properly originally and that we didn't have the proper neck and needed a Plumber or HVAC person to properly hook up. My question why was it hooked up in the first place and I was told it was done by a subcontractor because they are so busy. Needless to say you shouldn't be using subcontractors that don't do thing right and the Geek Squad guy even told me this was dangerous. Needless to say we have taken care of this on our own and don't need the Geek squad although now I'm getting messages that they are coming today May 6 for installation which I never set up. I have tried to contact someone but can't get a real person. Obviously there has been a communication problem here and I don't care for the way your company does business!

It is like an old school dryer but better. Works great and handles large loads. Very simple but attractive.

The samsung dryer works well and is a great value for the money. The dryer was a display model with noted minimal exterior damage to the outside which does not affect how it works at all..

Traditional dryer. Who needs all the creature features to dry clothes? Get some thing affordable and reliable. This is it!

Standard clothes drying will take the expected time. Sheets, towels, large blankets or comforters need extra time and several rotations during the drying cycle. Overall, it is a good purchase.
