Wrong but fixable

All other settings do not dry clothes all the way. The dryer will turn itself off, maybe thermal cutoff? Also, the "Matching" brand and pair I picked out in the store did not arrive at my home matching. The washer has an electronic control board and is dark gray and the dryer has actual buttons and is all white. I called Best Buy and they said this is not correct and to return the Dryer. Will do! Thanks Best Buy.

The sensor dry doesn't work that great, but it usually doesn't on most models. The deal breaker for me is the absolutely awful song it plays at the end of the cycle signal. It's literally the longest song I've ever heard from ANY appliance and it's definitely the most annoying. At first it was funny; my family would sing along because it was so ridiculously long. I finally decided to figure out how to turn the cycle signal off, AND YOU CAN'T. After reading through the manual and googling, I called Samsung support and was told sorry, that's just how it is. Then I was told if I wanted to not hear it I could go open the door after the cycle ends... GEE THANKS. That sounds super convenient. I wish I could return it but it's past the return window. Now I'm really sad. Do yourself a favor and skip this dryer.

I would not buy this drier again nor recommend it to others.
