    Just bought this in February and i need repairs already the dryer is not spinning unacceptable

    Just ok dryer

    overall, a good dryer but the sensor senses the clothes to be dry when actually they are still a bit damp. I turn it on again and it doesn't go very long and turns off. I now turn on the timed dry to get them nice and dry.

    A little disappointed in this Samsung. Purchased to replace another one that only worked for four years. Now this one makes a noise that no one can figure out - like it is being shocked by someone after they walked across carpet in the winter. Still waiting for it to be resolved.

    Drying on normal level for towels is ineffective. Need to use high setting on timed switch. Not the best at catching lint. This was our second purchase of this model. Our earlier version was much better.

    Broke after 2 months and Samsung won’t help

    I will never be purchasing a Samsung piece of merchandise again. I bought this dryer in March 2024. 2 months later, the heating element burns out. It is now 2 months again and there is no heat once again. The first time I had this issue, things were perfectly fine with contacting Samsung. This second time has been a complete nightmare. I’ve been constantly pushed to the side with things like “we’ll contact you in 24-48 hours,” “you already have a ticket, there’s nothing I can do.” I’ve now been a week without a dryer and there’s no sign of it being fixed anytime soon. Terrible dryer, terrible customer service. Your best bet is to just look at other brands.

    Very unhappy that salesperson did NOT alert me to the fact there is no light inside. I literally have to use a flashlight to see if any socks are in the back of the dryer.

    There is no light inside the drum of the dryer. You cannot see inside it and, at times, may need to use a flashlight to see the contents. Very surprised by this. The salesperson conveniently did not mention this.

    We loved this dryer… until it completely stopped working 16 months after we purchased it. We were disappointed to see the manufactures warranty was only one year. We feel like we wasted $600. Would I recommend? Probably not, now that it stopped working just over a year after purchasing. Really disappointed.

    Bought this 7 months ago. It does not dry the clothes well. Have to dry them longer. Need to have it checked

    This is a pretty decent dryer, however even on the high mode I sometimes see damp clothes, which gets me run the second cycle of dryer to completely dry the clothes.

    Worked great then 3 weeks later it quit working. Brand new and I had to get a service tech out to find what is wrong

    My scrubs were so wrinkled it was ridiculous. I re-washed 5 times and STILL wrinkled. I never dry them all the way, just enough until they are lightly damp and never had a problem with wrinkles ever. I actually gave up and had to iron them. Im super PO'd with this stupid dryer. And there is no light when you open it.
