    Very nice unit, but seems to take a little extra time to dry. Also, the top is curved at the sides and slants to the front slightly make it difficult to put items on top (they tend to slide off).

    Too loud, hit from one side, hit on one side, some screws were missing on the back, it looked like a used product

    I received scratched & dented appliances & when the delivery guy called his supervisor because I wanted it replaced I was offered a gift card & have had to call several times & still have not received the gift card

    Wet clothing no matter what

    If you want dry clothing this is not for you. 4 hours to dry a basic LIGHTWEIGHT comforter. 2 hours to dry clothing (minimum) The smart sense is a joke. Put a wet load in and it will dry for 5 min and turn off. You have to use times dry even then this machine sucks

    I contemplated getting this dryer because some reviews said that it doesn't fully dry with the time sensor. That simply isn't the case. I like to use the dryer as an iron. I throw my DRY, wrinkled clothes in and use the time-dry setting. Voila! Wrinkle-free. This dryer is also very quiet. It dries everything I throw into it.

    Terrible. I have the washer to this dryer and I love it so we decided to buy the dryer. We set it up an fit never had heat. I guess the heat element was bad but that shouldn’t be the case with a brand new dryer. I am also a little bit salty because Best Buy’s customer service is awful. I had to speak to 11 different people in three days to get the dang dryer returned. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again unless it’s something small.

    squeaking machine

    I dont understand the high reviews. My new one was squeaking and thanks BB replaced it for me. The second one is squeaking too. Its definitely not normal noise. I understand dryers are supposed to be loud. Each time if I push the machine or adjust the leg, the pattern of squeaking noise will change. I am not sure if I will call BB to return. I totally lose the confidence to Samsung products.

    Dryer runtimes are too long

    Dryer calculates the time needed automatically. Unfortunantly it is always too much run time. For example sheets were calculated at 50 minutes but bone dry after 25 minutes. No way to reprogram the system.

    This dryer looks nice but is garbage! Lasted less than 2 years. Samsung parts were outrageously priced to even attempt to have it repaired. Motor burnt out after only 1 year and 8 months from purchase date. Would not recommend any Samsung appliances.

    If I could give this product no stars i would! The drum started coming apart and was fraying my clothes. It has destroyed clothing, blankets, sheets. I have been dealing with samsung and their terrible customer service for over 2 months now. first they were going to repair it then that took a month and a half and i was informed they dont know when parts will be in so they cant repair it at this time. while it is still destroying my clothes.

    Poor dryer

    I purchase the dryer and so far I called twice to get it replaced. Dyer starts drying than it just end drying cycle saying is complete. But it never went more than 5 minutes.

    The dryer turns off thinking the items inside are dry and they are not. When you restart the dryer it only runs for a few more minutes

    Rating it a 1 star because I haven't been able to use it yet. The screws on the back to connect the power cord are so tight we cannot get them off even using an electric screwdriver. Now the screws are stripped and I'm not sure how we are going to get them off. Very frustrated. There is no reason for them to be so tight on here. Perhaps this is their way of trying to force you to pay for installation. I may just return it instead.
