    I’ ve been having issues with this Dryer since day one! Bought it in January 2023 still having troubles and its almost September 2023. I need an exchange. Does not dry, clothes are wet. Spending a lot in electricity

    This is the worst dryer I have ever purchased. Do not purchase without getting an extended warranty. I had my dryer for 17 months and it is no longer powering on. If you are looking for a good quality dryer this is not it. I'm so upset that I will never purchase another Samsung product.

    Dryer broke after 15 months and the repair is expected to be half the cost. It would turn on, but wouldn’t spin. This is now my second Samsung product that has stopped working around the ~1 year mark (Q850A Soundbar was the other). Terrible quality products, stay away from Samsung.

    Does not dry towels or even one quilt. Shuts off automatically and items are still not dry. Not a good buy

    DRYER WOULD NOT POWER OFF AFTER CYCLE. I HAD TO UNPLUG IT AFTER EVERY USE. THEN DRYER STARTED MAKING NOISES, ALL IN UNDER 2 YEARS FROM PURCHASE. NOT WORTH THE PURCHASE OR THE HASSLE!

    Dryer issue

    the dryer was delivered, hooked up and started. the crew was asked about the smell and they said it was from being new. once they left we turned on the dryer to cycle and smoke started pouring out of the unit. we immediately called in a claim and have yet to get a response from anyone

    It took 5 appointments to get delivered and it came damaged. I would recommend this product but I would never shop at Best Buy after this poor experience again. I will be telling others the same.

    1st Dryer did not heat up and dry. Returned and waited for replacement dryer. In 2 days, the replacement dryer did the same thing and stopped heating. I do not recommend.

    Havent had ot long enough for a 5 starvrsting but so far so good. Dries better than my old one able to fo a full load of towels in one cycle.

    Takes all day to dry 4 towels even though you can tell the machine is getting hot. OR when you turn it on for a normal dry for an hour it shuts off after ten minutes.

    The dryer didn’t had no box it was just wrapped with plastic and the unicel around it no cables or book directions where included I this point I have a dryer that I can’t used

    2nd Samsung Dryer

    I was a little apprehensive having had an older model go out on me after having several issues. The new model seems to work much better and dries much more consistently. The hookups were easier (color coded) this go round. I handled the install myself, and it took about 10 minutes to hook up the cable (You have to purchase yourself if you don't go through BB) and dryer exhaust vent (also have to purchase yourself if you don't go through BB) as well as unsticking all the tape. I've run about 6-8 loads through washing and drying and it seems to work much better than the prior one.

    My dryer is a little over a year old, and is already needing a repair that will cost more than half the price of the driver. Not reliable at all.

    dryer does not have a light in it. It’s just a big black hole. Need to use cycle twice for close to dry.
