However! With both dryers there is a problem with drying sheets or just a few towels. The sensor stops too early & the item is not completely dry. Being I had the same problem with the first one I know what to do!

Satisfied overall with the quality of the dryer and the entire Best Buy delivery process. The only minor complaint that I have is that the installation manual and user guide did not have any information about converting the discharge from the rear to the side.

This is the first of their clothes dryers I have purchased, and also the first "computerized" laundry machine I have purchased. I cannot set a timer, the machine sensors do that. Now I have to start the dryer two or three times to thoroughlydry ONE load of laundry--Not so great. The lint catcher is an improvement over all others though

The crew that brought it out and installed it was fast, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I was pleased with the person that sold it to me, to the installation. Very pleased!

It will drive you crazy. I run to the the washer and dryer to shut it off.

Seems I always have to select the “very dry” setting to make sure clothes are not still damp after a cycle. User interface is difficult — if set to “this” then you can’t change “that”, too confusing and nonsensical.

The size of the tub is amazing and lets the heat circulate more evenly for a quicker dry. I wasn't sure I would like the technology for operating but so far so good. Lots of choices for different type loads.
